Porcaticcio is situated on the Apennines between Romagna and Tuscany.
The property is secluded enough to escape the haste and close enough to reach Bologna and Ravenna in 90 minutes and Florence in two hours.
The house is surrounded by two hectares of forest with paths to explore the surroundings. As an artist residence, there are works of art, paintings, and sculptures, inside and outside the property. It’s also a perfect yoga location.

Cornelis & Gabriela
We are an Italian-Dutch couple. Cornelis is a sculptor and he devoted also a lot of energy to renovating the house. Gabriela is a communication consultant and a yoga teacher.
